 Major major sleeping problem!! Help please?? I have for more than a month now been having trouble sleeping. I wake up at around 3:30am starving for food, that that makes me have to go down and eat basically a breakfast. Then I am alert and can't fall back to sleep. This morning, I woke up at 1:45am, of course very hungry. I tried to lay there in bed to ignore the hunger pains, but I just couldn't. So I am up now, already ate. It sucks. Please help as to why my hunger keeps waking me up. The only thing I can think is that I am not eating enough during the day, but i don't know. Thanks in advnace!  |
