 Horrible Insomnia Help? Doctor gave me Ambien 10 mg...and that's not even helping. I've tried everything I can think of...no caffeine after 5 pm... taking the Ambien shortly before bed....when I get INTO bed...and nothing...I don't even feel the slightest bit drowsy. It's been like this since the middle of July. Warm milk...tried... Bath...tried... Chamomile tea...tried... Ambien...tried....  |

| here's what i do, if you pour warm melted chocolate on your stomach around your belly button, it will soothe your stomach and make you drowsy, works like a charm |
