I fall asleep alot lately, even after a full nights sleep,has anyone ever had...

...this problem? ? I can be just sitting down with some friends to watch a movie and ill fall asleep, i fall asleep reading the paper, i have been in a minor car accident for falling asleep at the wheel ,almost twice. the second time was prevented cause the passenger i had woke me up in time. when my husband and i are going out somewhere, i immediately fall asleep in the car. one night i was visiting my mom and while everyone was eating dessert, i had fallen asleep instead. if anyone has had this type of sleepiness problem or know what it could possibly be from,or why i may do it, please let me know, i appreciate it. i go to the dr's about it tommorrow, cause she checked me fro lymes disease but that test came back negative. thanks.
