i have really bad sleeping problems any suggestions?

Default i have really bad sleeping problems any suggestions?

im 12 and it takes me at least 2 hours to get to sleep every nite.. when i do get to sleep it is a very light sleep and i find myself waking up constantly.. wen it's time to wake up in the morning im always really tired.. any suggestions???
ive tried everything
oh, whoops i stuffed it up never mind.... wif my sleeping problem i've tried practically everything..... i also have an allergy to gluten and dairy so preferably no food tips...

What time do you go to bed? When I was your age, and all through my childhood really, I couldnt sleep at night until 12:00ish was sleepy at school and didn't perform the best. You might just be a night person.

One thing I used was aromatherapy. I bought some 'pillow spray' from bath and body works which claimed to make you sleepy and i remember the scent always made me drift off...its worth a shot anyways. chamomile tea also did the trick for me, which you can find at any grocery store.
