 I have chronic insomnia? If I go to the doctor, will they give me sleeping pills? Will they insist on treating my mood problems or will I be able to concentrate on just helping me sleep (I'm sure my mood would be alright if only I could SLEEP)? I haven't had a full night's sleep in months. I just want some relief.  |
