Toprol XL and insomnia?

This is my 2nd time around on Toprol XL and I don't remember this from my first bout. This is my 3rd day on the medication and I can't sleep. I feel tired, but when I close my eyes, there is just no drifting off. Has anyone had this experience? Will it subside quickly? I need a good night's sleep?

Please only posts with actual experience. Thanks!
