 Insomnia?! And am i sick (the curable ones)? Well first of all, i go into bed around 10pm to 12am. I close my eyes, and just lie there. But i end up sleeping at 2-3am. Is this caused by stress (since i have an anxiety disorder)? And whenver i wake up in the morning, i start to heat up real bad. But my parents told me just to drink a lot of water, and/or milk, and/or soymilk, but it's not helping. I want some answers before i go doctors, cause i've got a lot of work to do~ And apparently, it's 5:06am here and i can't sleep.  |
