sleeping problem (hearing and feeling things before I fall asleep)?

So for the past 3 nights, something strange has been going on when I try to go to sleep.

3 nights ago, I had the sensation you get after you get off a boat (the swaying feeling you get after getting off a boat after you've been on one for an entire day). I haven't been a boat or anything that has to do with water (besides showers) since over a year ago.

2 nights ago, even when my eyes were closed, I just felt extremely dizzy, like I couldn't keep my eyes focused straight. It felt like they kept moving from side to side.

And last night, I heard really faint booming sounds. They weren't very frequent, heard maybe only 3 or 4 of them, but they sounded like they were imaginary. I'm pretty sure I wasn't actually hearing any sounds physically. It's kind of hard to explain.

These are all the last things I remember before falling asleep by the way. So does anyone know what's going on? Are feeling these normal? Because I've never had these before...
