 How does sleep deprivation work? I read that every time you don't get enough sleep then it gets added to your sleep debt. I've been getting about 6 hours sleep for the past 2 years so I'm used to it. Does this mean I'm going to have to get back all the sleep I missed over this time or am I fine as it's on a regular basis? BTW, it's almost impossible for me to get enough sleep because I can't actually get to sleep until after midnight no matter what I do. Just in case you need to know I'm 14, 5ft5, 99lb, wake up at 6:30, eat weetabix with 2 tablespoons of sugar for breakfast and dinner. If you need to know anything else then just ask  |
