I have sleeping problems....help!?!? I have a weird sleeping schedule... it's almost like I have insomnia, but I don't. Or maybe I do? I'm confused.
I sleep during the day and can't sleep at night. This would be an obvious answer but it's not. I know most of you would say "Just don't sleep during the day and you will fall asleep at night" But it's hard for me to go a day without taking a nap.
Even if I go to bed early, wake up refreshed, eat well and have moderate activity, I can't go the day without a nap! If I don't, I feel sick and/or moody.
At night, I will be dead-tired but can't seem to shut my eyes. I can't sleep at night..I constantly toss and turn (literally) and get too hot or get too cold.
Any ideas on how to sleep easier at night? I've taken too many nyquils and bennadryls to help me sleep... I know that's horrible but it has become a problem.
I work from 4pm-9pm usually. I have school during the day. My mom gets mad at me for taking pills..lol..but that's my best bet! To be honest I love sleeping medicines because it forces you to sleep and it feels good when you're in a deep sleep.
