2 month old sleeping problems....?

My baby just turned 2 months and he still doesnt sleep thru the night. i know 2 other moms who's baby's are around 2 months and they say they're baby was already sleeing thru the night by this time... what should i do to help him sleep thru the night? ths is his nornal routine most nights: i feed him 4oz at 9pm he falls asleep right away then 5 hrs later at 2 ish he wakes up and i give him another 4 oz. he usually goes to sleep right away and then wakes up again around 3 hrs later at 5ish. i give him another 4 oz and then he sleeps. 3 hrs later he wakes up again and its already morning by then so i start my daily routine of 4 oz every 3-4 hrs... what should i do to help him stay asleep for more hrs in the night? should i not feed him when he wakes up? please help!
