Could this just be from sleep deprivation, or should I be worried?

Default Could this just be from sleep deprivation, or should I be worried?

Ok. So I'm a college student, and I'm in the middle of midterm time. I had mono earlier in the year - September - but I had been feeling fine for almost two weeks up until these past few days. Because of dance rehearsals, classes I needed to catch up in after missing so much reading and such while I was sick, etc. - studying was really tough. As a result, I had to pull a couple all-nighters last week to cramp enough to take my midterms on Tuesday and Thursday. On Thursday night, after my exam, I had to catch a train home for the weekend so I could work. It was a festival weekend at the restaurant where I work in the summers, so I went back to pick up a couple of shifts over the weekend. I worked all day and night Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, then got on an 8 am train back to school this morning - so I didn't get much sleep over the weekend either. I had to go straight to class when I got back to campus.
Now here's the problem. I've been feeling rundown since Thursday - which I anticipated, as I haven't been getting much sleep at all this past week. But yesterday I started to feel chilled and feverish, like I couldn't get warm. My temp right now is up to 102.4. I also started to get a sore, scratchy throat, which has been getting progressively worse since yesterday morning. I'm really tired - but that's obviously to be expected.
I can't afford to be feeling sick this week at all - I have midterms again tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday - which means at least two more nights with little to minimal sleep. My exam tomorrow is in econ, which is my worst class, so I really need to focus. But, my head is pounding and I just feel totally achy, which is making it really hard to keep studying.
I'm dreading that it might be mono resurfacing... but is that even possible? Could these symptoms just be coming from a serious sleep deprivation? Or might I have caught a cold or something?

Any help anyone could give would be great - I want to do well on these tests.
Thanks, and sorry for the longevity!
