Default My 9mo old has an intermittent sleep cycle that lasts at most 4 hours at a time.

Could this be insomnia? Not teetthing. Warm bath at night with lavender & backrubs don't work. Leaving him cry for 20min gives me a headache & breaks my heart after 25 min my heart breaks & I pick him up
