 Does anyone have any advice on helpful tips on curing sleeping problems? i been having problems sleeping and i hardly go to sleep for less than 3-4 hours of sleep a day. please help me i been having problems sleeping and i hardly go to sleep for less than 3-4 hours of sleep a day. please help me btw im 18 years old  |

| Have you tried herbal teas before retiring? Also, age is a factor in sleep patterns. You don't say how old you are. Try some natural herbal sleep aids. Adequate sleep is very important if you want to be healthy and be able to function on a normal level during the day. I've found that a stem cell enhancer helps me to sleep well at night. |
