 21 weeks pregnant and have breath problem while sleeping? hi all the thing is sometimes during the sleep i feel like my breaths r not coming and this thing wakes me up and makes me anxious for a sec or 2 i feel that and then when i drink water and when my husband rub my back i feel normal so far i remember this happened to me twice since i got pregnant may be its cuz of the dryness cuz our heating on evan though we turn on the fan i feel thirsty i m just wondering if anyone have the same thing goin on?cuz this makes me so scare to go back to sleep.thanks in advance.  |
