 long days and sleep problem? so usually i wake up at 730 but since we went back an hour 630 is when i wake up.usually i go to sleep at 11 or 10 which means im sleeping less cuz i cant make myself sleep thru 630 to 730.now when i sleep my dreams are loooooooooooooooog. and i wake up to pee alot so each dream is longer than the last.how can i fix this yesterday was tuesday and it seems like a friday to me already.So i dont rest of too much dreaming......  |
