Default Insomnia..........please read?

I'm 16 and I've have had trouble getting to sleep for quite a while now. I just read somewhere on the net that i could put some nutmeg in milk an hour before bed to help you get to sleep. Is that right? If so ...How much nutmeg do i put in a cup of milk?

I don't know about nutmeg as a sleep aid, but warm milk in itself is said to help make a person sleepy. We like to warm milk and then add a bit of vanilla and sugar (kind of an opposite to hot chocolate). A sprinkle of nutmeg would probably be really good in this too.

I wouldn't put alot of confidence in that on kid,, warm milk may help. sometimes we just can't turn off our brain so we just lay there and think dumb stuff which keeps us awake.
