Default My mother -in-law is going through the menopause...

...and is suffering from intense hot flushes/ sweats/insomnia? is there anything i could buy from a health shop like holland and barret to help her out ?

Soy products are said to alleviate some of the symptoms because they act like a woman's natural hormones. I think I read that in a Reader's Digest article. My mother had estrogen sensitive breast cancer and isn't allowed to have any soy products because of that similarity. Oil of Evening Primrose worked for my mam & aunt, ask the assistant as there seems to be newer & better products available all the time. Also go to the Dr for regular check ups.
