...ten minutes in my own bed i have to go sleep somewhere else. Does anyone have this problem too??Last night i slept on my parents' floor and i think im going to 2nite. Will i screw up my sleeping that way or will i eventually get back in my own bed????

I sometimes have the problem of not being able to sleep in my bed I toss and turn. I stick it out though sometimes a fan helps me it makes me relax and other times those water recordings help. the kind like rain or waves. It sounds like your going to bed wound up. Try some stretching and maybe a shower. to relax you. Good luck. Sweet dreams.
