Try this. Lie on your back`. Look up at the ceiling and then either out of the corner of your right eye or, left eye - doesn't matter which. You will find it very difficult to keep your eyes open and will drift off quickly. I heard it from a doctor on a recent tv programme - it works!. Or, drop a couple of drops of lavender oil on your pillow - very relaxing as is having a hot bath before you go to bed. Now get yourself off to bed!

The same happened to me a couple of weeks ago, but it wasn't just one night. I was awake for too many hours... I wanted to do something, like chatting... but my computer is not in my room and I couldn't you use it because I could make too much noise. Well what I did was listening some music... of course it won't work if you don't have an MP3 or a discman or walkman either... and don't listen music very loudly... If you find my writting awfull that's because I'm learning english... Another thing, tomorrow remember not to drink coffee... and, I read it before... if you can't sleep with my advice... well read a book... a very boring book. Yeah, that would deffinitely work.

Well, you are at a computer screen at the moment, and that will be stimulating your brain. You need at least two hours away from your computer before you go to bed. A long hot bath will help you relax, and milk or chocolate is a good drink if you need to drink something.
