Default sleeping problems?help me?cant sleep, worried...

...about school!? ok, i cant get my sleep , ive been laying in my bed since 10 pm waiting to go to sleep and now it is 3: 45 am and im still awake! does anyone have any advice of what can make u fall asleep faster besides a sleeping pill, i need to get back on track by sep 4th for when i go back to school so i dont fail my classes, please help????thanks!

it sounds like your canadian, my school starts on the fourth too.You know, its natural, the day before school I manage to get 2 hours sleep. I despise school... I still do too at grade 11. I dont think anyone except nerds is rather excited to start school....For sleeping, try drinking a nice cup of warm milk. Or perhaps watch tv or read a book till you get sleepy.

well you cant sleep ahhh first find out why you cant sleep what are you think obout school that is worring you!!then stop worrying about it and if it still dose not work .try to sleep and then at last you will go to sleep by your self and you will wake up in the moreing you wont even relise it !!!

HiWell you got to get to the root of it!Sounds like the brain is caught in a cycle - your trying to fall asleep when it's just a thing that should happen naturally.My bit of advice is to chill out a bit and most of all have some faith and self-belief. Start telling yourself You will be fine at school You will do fine in your classes - Trust Yourself You will breeze through your exams and classes no worries - let your thoughts be confident and even a bit arrogant!Best Regards
