insomnia from psychology's point of view? I need help for my psychology class. I have to write a report about insomnia from psychology's point of view. However, I only found books that tell insomnia from biology's point of view so far..... help me, please.

The most famous sleep researcher in psychology is named Dement. His well known book is called, "The Promise of Sleep." He is a psychiatrist, not a psychologist, but his work spans both fields. He has both a PHD and an MD, I believe.
