 can being sick cause insomnia? i think im comming down with a cold/sinus infection and i woke up many times last night when i was sleeping, i was in a dead sleep and woke straight up, the house was quite and no lights were on. i woke up about 4 or 5 time in a matter or 3 hours. could it be because im comming down with something or could it just be insomnia?i usually use those breathe right stips when i get colds and i am stocked up so my breathing isn;t restricted  |

| its definetly because your getting sleep, maybe you should take some tylenol pm that way you wont wake up as much... |
