Im the same way! But once you put your body on a scheduale, then its hard to get it to sleep in or take naps.

i had insomnia back to four or five years ago and it had lasted for almost five years. finally i got the sleep as i forced myself to go to bed. when i'm on bed i just forced myself to think of nothing but sleep. sometimes sensitive or strong food can also make me sleep bad, such as chips, fries or if i eat too much that day

its because, maybe you are thinking too much.. relax yourself. make yourself feel happy and nothing thinking about but good things. or you should drink milk alot, not a sleeping peels. its bad.but the best way is to go to the doctor for a checkup. good luck!

the most important thing is to regulate your body clock.. 1) avoid napping in the afternoon as much as possible..2) do a mild physical exercise like walking on daily basis.3) don't go to bed unless u r sleepy. if u stay long time in the bed you'll become crazy.4) have a light dinner only.5) drink warm milk or herbal tea before u go to bed.6) last option will be to use some pharmaceutical supplements like MELATONIN sold in pharmacies whick will help to raise the sleeping hormone in your body.sweet dreams :)
