Default sleeping problems.?

me and my girlfreind have been haveing an issue when we sleep. she is narcoleptic and getts very hot when she sleeps. i am a kind of light sleeper and only sleep good when cool or cold. this makes skin contact very oncomfortable for me. any ideas why she is so hot at night or how i can help fix this problem

She is what they call hot blooded, if she get hot when she sleeps, tell her to take off her clothes, this way you get a better chance of sex too.

well just cause sum ppl sweat glands are more alert u can say....but sum ppl are just like that for sum reason...but just but up the window and let the cool wind in...u'll have the cool wind and she wont be so hot either...means she mite not find the need to touch u..

Don't spoon while sleeping. . . Other than that have a thin blanket between you, it may warm up a bit, but it is better than have direct contact between the too of you.

You Didn't Say What Your Ages Are. Older Women Have Night Sweats, And They're Not Fun For Them Either. Get Twin Beds And You'll Both Sleep Better. You Can Still Get Together And Have Fun Before, During Or After.

I'd say get a bigger bed, and then you'll be able to sleep without touching each other. I've never had this problem, but have friends who have. They got a king size bed and were fine after that.

you can maybe just not touch her in the night.. or maybe get a bigger bed so you wont have to touch her. then she could maybe try a light night gown and a fan.. that way you both would be happier.
