sleep problems...help? i feel extremily tired right when i get home from school (3:35) and i feel like i could go to sleep then. i dont becuase if i nap ill be up all night. i usually dont get tired untill 11:30pm and by the time i get in bed and fall asleep its 12:16. i have to wake up at 6:30 every morning since the bus comes at 7:00. 6 hrs 30 min isnt enough for a teenager. because of this i have really crappy mornings and feel tired the whole day. i dont catch up on my sleep till the weekend where on friday i stay up till 2am and then sleep till noon or one. is there a way to make myself tired instantly or at least make the most out of what little sleep im getting. (dont say go to bed early bc im not tired and wont be able to fall asleep untill a long time after that) can teenagers have insomnia? |
