Default Sleeping problems?

Im having trouble sleeping at the minute. I have a lot of family problems and there playing on my mind. Iv tried herbal sleeping tablets and they dont seem to work. I dont really want to go and see a counsellor or a doctor, but has anyone got any tips to help me get to sleep?

try having a relaxing bath, before going to sleep. but u should go see someone about this. Try reading books before sleep, or listening to very soft music(works 4 me).

I have the same problem. I watch tv at night because it occupies my mind so I can stop thinking about what is worrying me. You know, it just distracts me and I fall asleep. It doesn't take long for me to fall asleep when I watch tv.

Purchase a magnetic mattress pad, magnetic pillow and a magnetic comforter from Nikken. I used to b like u now I sleep like a baby. Lol...But this is so true. I give thanks everyday for the wellness consultant that loaned me a small pad and comforter...the rest is sleep beautiful sleep. Stress not over things u cannot or will not change. All you have is your small life so live it well. "Your character is your Heritage" Contact me if you need information regarding these products. I am a Registered Nurse and I say this works.You can also get a magnetic sleep mask which I use in flight.Love and Light

I used to have the same problems, and i found that the things that helped the most was to:1. put on meditational music2. look up ways to help you resoulve your problems on wikihow3. meditate4. try to go to sleep and keep telling yourself that "everything will be ok, because i know more about how to solve my problems"(optional) if you belive in witchcraft get yourself a piece ofAmethyst - peace, flow, tranquility, meditation, happyness, release of fears, wisdomandSodalite - dicision making, emotional balance, meditation, mental clarity, release of anger, release of fears, wisdom, releives stress and wories, stimulates intellect
