Default pregnant with sleeping problems. can you give...

...me some suggestions? i need a nap during the day...but then i have a hard time sleeping at night... even when i avoid the nap - figuring i will go to bed an hour or two earlier...all of a sudden..i am not tired at night...even though i am exhausted all day (yawning until my head will come off)like now it is 10:47pm. i am not tired.. but i took a nap from 4-6pm -- i tried to wake up at 5pm --- but i just couldn't!!! what am i gonna do???i am gonna be so tired at work tomorrow... already know it.

try taking a warm bath right before bed and turning off all the lights then try a full body pillow if body pains are keeping you up

i know that eating right before bed can keep you awake longer, try to eat at least three hours before you go to bed and have herbal tea and maybe some crackers right before bed.
