 A sleeping problem any suggestions? When I was 6 I had a bad trauma in my family. After this happened I started having nightmares. My poor mother was up every hour because I would wake up screaming and crying. This lasted for about a year. I still have those nightmares once in awhile, and I'm 24 years old. However, I also still wake up every hour on the hour. If I go to bed at 9:30 pm my bed will wake up at 10:30pm. The doctor has tried sleeping pills. My boyfriend stayed up to see if I would sleep through, he said I was knocked out. However, right at an hour I woke up. He couldn't believe how fast I came out of that deep sleep. I am so tired now. I'm not a teenager anymore I can't just sleep in all hours of the day. Adulthood isn't like that. I need some one with any suggestions. Please help.  |
