 Insomnia-I am a 43 year old woman, I can't sleep and I've tried... ...everything...benadryl, unisom, melatonin, vale rian...cutting out caffeine and nicotine-bought a new bed, sheets, have a white noise machine. I am miserable. I tried talking to my dr. who put me on lexapro and that isn't doing anything. Help me, especially if you are a 40 something woman and found something that works. Thanks  |
