i have problems sleeping and thinking?

| when i try to sleep, my mind wanders along all sorts of deep and wierd theorys on life and why its worth living and i get upset and start to twitch and moan and babble stupid words. when i try to think of certain things, the same thing happens i twitch, get angry, start crawling, and i think of suicide and mass murder.......why does deep thinking and sleeping make me upset and feel different? if ur a christian i dont want to hear, jesus is worth living. saying that makes me want to kill stupid church ppl |

| This might be your brain telling you that it doesn't need as much sleep as you have been taught that you need. Try writing down your theories and thoughts until you are done thinking. Eventually your brain will let you know when it can't stay up anymore. |

| deep thinking makes you feel upset because there are questions that you dont know the answer to and your mind will wander around we are always afraid of what we dont know sleeping makes you feel like that because you have no control over what you dream of. you cant exactly say ill dream about say...spiderman tonight. just do me a favor and dont go emo!! |

| If you want to fall asleep easier, you can try relaxation meditations. I recommend focusing on each part of your body from head to toe, one at a time, and relaxing it. Just say in your mind 'now the top of my head is totally relaxed, now my face is tottally relaxed, now my neck is totally relaxed..' and so on going down your entire body. You will feel the relaxation when you say it in your mind. Once you get to your toes, work you way back up your body saying 'now my toes are even more relaxed, and my feet are even more relaxed.' Hope this works as well for you as it does for me. :-D |

| If You Have Such Serious Sleeping Problems You Have To Speak With Someone That Can Help You. I Think That This Is A Circle. You Are Thinking Something And That Upsets You And That Keep Going On. If You Don't Have A God Sleep That Problems Would Continued Until You Fed Up With Your Life. I Know That Is Re All Difficult To Face Up The Problems That You Have. But The Problem It Is Not That You Have Unsolved Problems But Wrong Ways Of Solving This Problems Try To Contact With A Cognitive Psychologist If You Want I Am Sure That He Will Give You A More Objective View Of Your Life. Many Times We Can Not Understand That Our Thinks That For Us Are Serious Unsolved Problems With Right Supporting And Information Everything Would Be Better |
