Question about sleep paralysis/ narcolepsy?

k well basically I know for a fact I do suffer from sleep paralysis because from as far back as i can remember I always wake up and cant move or breath even thought my minds awake. Lately, a few time i wake up and i cannot move or breath and i have actually seen wierd shit n i even feel people touching me but then once i can move or when i turn around they are not there. These occurences really scare me alot. Is this normal? am i going crazy? should i go 2 the doctors?

I have had that happen before too. its is a rare thing for me though luckely.
the last time, I awoke I thought there was an earthquake but after a few seconds it stopped an I jumped up and realized it was me floppin around in the bed I just couldnt move. well I guess I was movin but not in my control.
I think it is called "hypnagogic hallucinations".though in my experience they happen when I try to wake up and I try and try and try my thoughts are racing why cant I wake up? but I can not.
