do you have tips to help me rid myself of sleep-talking and walking?

i'm really frustrated, and so is my husband! i'm tired and i'm afraid i'll say something to insult him one of these nights, or walk around and hurt myself or someone else... what do i do? sleeping pills makes it 10x worse! i get 6-8 a night... i try to get closer to 8... i only have 1 cup of coffee a day, and that is at 7am. i do everything i can think of to help this stop... what else can i do?
i'm 25, don't smoke, don't drink, don't use drugs, RX or OTC meds, i'm average weight, and this has been going on since i was in early adolesence.
