Default What can make you sleep walk?
Like, foods, drinks, certain smells?

When you lay down to sleep, the body is in a state of partial paralysis. This keeps you from sleep walking. And sometimes that natural function fails to operate. I don't think anybody knows why.

Perhaps somebody in psychiatric medicine could suggest a drug - but I've never heard of a supplement or herb used to prevent sleep walking - but there might be some in Chinese medicine.

i sleep walk and my doctor says its an imbalance of chemicals to my mind while i sleep, and may also be due to stress, but no onreknows for sure.

Actually I have heard it can be stress. Both of my children sleep walked and both are very intuitive. Do you sleepwalk?
