help! sleeping terrors???

| that's messed up. you shouldn't be so concerned as to finding the right sleeping medicine as you should be about finding the reason behind the night terrors! Using drugs to help you sleep is useful but way to easy to become dependent on. If you think you need something, please use something mild like tylenol PM and take the min. or even HALF the does for your age. Then Go see a therapist! Be more open with it to whomever you are close to because maybe speaking about it awake will help you deal with it while youre sleeping.
