I cannot pronounce rls together well?

I cannot pronounce words that have rl or rls example world,girl, and so on............. how can i fix this it troubles me cause it sounds weird i dont know if its that odd but its agrivating cause i know its not right

In speech therapy they will have you practice the sounds "rl" & "rls" make then you must practice daily saying words that contain the "rl"&"rls"
