What is Restless Leg Syndrome?

To me, restless leg syndrome is sitting on the couch all day watching television eating a bag of chips. it is lack of exercise. it is all the caffeine and sugar and other additives in your diet. it is sleeping too much/not sleeping enough and at the wrong times. it is eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. it is not talking to friends all day. it is negativity. it is not going outside to take a walk, clear your mind, and get some fresh air. it is being caught up in your own stressful lifestyle. it is a money scam. something nobody should have to live with,
yes yes....from all of the above its called a money scam people!

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is associated to sleeping. The main symptom is an irresistible urge to move your legs - usually because of pain or discomfort.
