Anyone have RLS?? (Restless Leg Syndrome)?

I believe I have this condition, and it is driving me crazy!! I cannot sit still!! I continually have to move my legs. Also, it wakes me up out of a dead sleep, and then I cannot go back to sleep. It feels like the muscles in my legs are extremely tense, and the only way they feel better is if I move them. If you do not have this, you have no idea how horrible this is. Creepy crawly sensations continually occur, and I am at my wits end. If you have this, what kind of treatments work for you? I know there is medication, but I was wondering if anything else seemed to work. Thanks for any info!! *
