Restless Leg Syndrome??? Or not?

I'm almost 20 and for as long as I can remember I get pains in my legs mainly at night but also during the day. I do have restless legs occasionally when this happens. It also seems to happen if the weather is about to get really bad (about a day or two before). I went to a specialist earlier this year and he was not helpful AT ALL he basically just told me it was restless leg syndrome and I should just deal with it. The problem is that I keep having it 4-5 days a week now and it's really effecting my sleep. Anyone with similar problems? Advice?

Essentially, restless leg syndrome was a disease created to sell the drugs for treatment. Yes, there are restless leg symptoms, but i wouldn't say you have "RLS". The best treatment for those symptoms is to drink quinine water, and it does help. I would try that to see if it helps your situation. If not, you should seek medical attention.
