Default Restless Leg Syndrome?

Could I have it? Whenever I sit down, my legs can't stay in the same position for like a minute. I always have to move them because I just have an urge to move them. Whenever I can't, it feels like their going numb and about to fall out. Whenever I'm in a confined place like a movie theater, my legs feel like their going to die cause I can't stretch them or move. In bed I'm alright, but I turn a lot when I sleep. Btw, I'm 15 years old. Could this be the early signs or am I just too antsy?

sounds like you do have restless leg syndrome...best to get to the dr to have a check up and tell him/her what happens when you sit too long...there are medicines to correct that feeling...it's good that you pay attention to your body...it's always helpful to a dr when you can describe things so well...

You can get some melatonin from the drug store. It is available over the counter and it helps me. I take some at bedtime.
