Default worried about sleep apnea?

im scared i have sleep apnea although i probably dont.
it is worrying me as my health is the one thing i value. I am not overweight am 22 years old and dont snore (that im aware) but i wake up tired everyday

it may not be just sleep. diet or other health issues can also have you waking up tired all the time ( diabetes is one) get a check up with your doctor as this is serious issue and help is available if? you ask and seek it.
