 Do I have sleep apnea? I'm wondering if I have sleep apnea. Sometimes when I am just about to fall asleep when I'm in that zone where I'm kind of dreaming and kind of awake I realise that I have stopped breathing for a few seconds. I have to wake up in order to suck in air really fast. My father has sleep apnea and I'm wondering if I do too. I don't snore, and that is what puzzles me. I was looking at causes and risk factors and I noticed that hypothyroidism could contribute to this. Has anyone heard of someone with sleep apnea but who dosen't snore?  |
