 Sleep apnea and keeping the mask on? I've been using cpap now for 5 months and still cannot keep the mask on at night on a regular basis. I tend to move around in my sleep a lot and wake up each morning with the mask usually thrown from the bed. (I have a full face mask, multiple straps that go both under and over the ears as well as across the top of the head.) I currently do not have insurance and cannot afford to go see my sleep specialist for his opinion. Any ideas on how to solve my problem besides duct tape??  |
