Default Do you have Sleep Apnea?

Try pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Keep tongue forward and mouth closed. Suck a slight vacuum in your mouth and then go to sleep.

You have to be able to breath easily from your nose.

I used to always sleep this way, then I stopped for some reason. Then I started to get sleep apnea. Then it hit me. All I had to do was make this vacuum between my tongue and the roof of my mouth to keep the base of my tongue from closing off the back of my throat. It totally works!!!

if you have sleep apnea you should get a cpap which is a machine that helps you sleep during the night. i have one and it really helps. its better than regular sleeping cause the air is lowed towards your nose. its also comfortable and quiete i got the latest version. check it out if you have sleep apnea it can help you,.

if you do have sleep apnea i advice you to get a cpap cause when you sleep and you can't breathe your brain cells lack oxygen which mean that they die. and if they die they cannot remeber. its a slow process to getting amnesia. the cells that would be saved would be the current ones. the past memory cells will be dead if you lack oxygen.

i advice you to get one of these

take care

God Bless

One common problem most sleep apnea sufferers share is excess body weight. If you are heavy, lose weight.Sleep clinic is only way to test.
