Default sleep apnea?

Is it possible for a person with sleep apnea to not snore every night? To actually sleep well some nights?
It is my 2 year old. HE has an appointment tomorrow with his pedi for it. I had known he sometimes woke from it but when I was up all night with our youngest for several nights over the weekend I saw just how OFTEN it was happening. Last night he slept really reall though.

Usually not. When he sees a doctor, ask about a C-pap mask. Also, try using a humidifier and other home remedies.

my husband thinks he may have some kind of sllep apnea, although he has not been diagnosed with it, but some days he is soo tired even tho he had a good sleep, with no snooring , then again some days he is nt tired at all even tho he has been snooring and talking in his sleep , they say to sleep on your side , he has tried this and it helps a bit , it seems a bit hit and miss with him if the snooring makes a difference or not
