Default How Do I Get Him To Let Me Sleep?

Okay so I try and sleep but apparently if ther eis housework to be done I am not allowed to sleep until it is done. If I try and sleep my partner will, whether this is inadvertant or not. but he will come up intop the bedroom more and switch the lights on and bang around.

I have done the 'ask nicely' I have shouted. Nothing oworks and he thinks that I don't need as much sleep as I ahve when I need 8 hours not 6. I am so exhausted but I am not allowed to even sleep in on weekends apparently the weekend is for housework and I should work all day.

Someone help Or I'm going to go mad!

Liquorice,
I know its the best way to talk it out, which you already must have. Lets try using more subtle means? Try writing him a letter about it, or go spend your weekend with your friend. Maybe he will understand it better this way. I hope things work out with you for the betterment. Good luck

As you said that you are quit satisfied with your weight, but you want to maintain it. So I would like to suggest you to have a look on Mark Patrick's program. The programs are just incredible and a new way to get better health. I hope that you would love to know about this.
