Default Does loss of sleep mean loss of hair?

I'm a male and I go to sleep 2 A.M. everyday and wake up at 12 pm. Everytime I sweep my fingers through my hair, I have hair on my fingers.

Unless its causing you more stress, I don't see how - but I really can't be sure.

Loss of hair is due to hereditary factors.Loss of sleep would give you too many side effects like mania or depression or even schizoprenia and a host of other psychiatric diseases.

Hey Shawn,Certainly not, I am a hairstylist loss of sleep dosen't mean loss of hair. But what could be happenning is our not giving your body enough rest. One thing people don't belive or realize is if you stress it will make you lose hair.If you don't drink plenty of water it will definitely make you lose hair. Now not getting enough rest br careful b/c your body will eventually give out and you could risk passing out !
