Default Weight loss during sleep?

If I stop eating a good 4-5 hours before going to sleep, and I if haven't indulged the whole day I usually wake up 1-2lbs lighter. I weigh myself before going to sleep and weigh immediately after an 8-9hrs of sleep even before I go to the bathroom. How is this possible? Surely tossing and turning doesn't burn all this? Where / how are these lbs going? Cheers.

Mysterious and a miraculous finding?? Let me try sleeping seriously. I thought diet and exercise is the only way. Anyway thanks for a new info.

it's because your body doesn't have food in it at night

I think as you sleep, your body eat away at the fat that you have eaten. This is why many people say that eating late at night and then immediately going to sleep is bad for you because that fat stays with you

Hi there, The best way way to lose weight and have a good frame is to jog, workout and take diet. People completed and have a good frame.
