The only best product to buy is to discover the main cause of your snoring before treating it.
That may save you time and money

Here are some causes of snoring

Over feeding without much exercise
Too much eating without exercise may lead to having fats around your throat. People often snore because their neck is too short and fat, and with too much body weight, snoring is bound to occur as even a few extra pounds could cause a person to snore.

Taking Alcohol
Do you have to give up the alcohol?
No, drinking alcohol alone does not cause snoring but when you take it in excess, its surely cause snoring as the alcohol goes to all the different parts of the body and slows down the speed at which the brain responds This in turn will make the muscles relax and make a person snore at night.

Sleeping Position

The best position to sleep is to lie on your side and not on your back! As most people think. An incorrect position may cause your tongue, chin and the excess fat tissue beneath the chin to relax and thus squeeze the airway causing a person to snore.

Nasal Problems ; This condition prevents a person to breathe through the nose and instead have to breathe through an open mouth. In this condition, nasal sprays will help or inhale steam to help you reduce your nasal congestion.

Default Snoring Info

I snore, so does my wife. We've tried just about everything, I even had the implant surgery. Did not really help that much and my throat was really sore for a few weeks. My wife did some searching around on the net and found a product called a snorender. We bought two. It works.

Default Best Snoring Product

I don't think there is one? I am an RN and have worked in clinics and hospitals that take care of people with respiratory problems. Snoring, where there is no apnea involved, isn't as "serious" - except for the people that suffer because of it. My husband snores like a freight train, has for years. We have done the sleep tests, tried most everything OTC or advertised on TV and in magazines. He did get some relief (I did really!) from a couple of things - he lost some weight, uses a nasal irrigator a couple times a week (neti pot), and no caffeine or alcohol after about 6PM. But the one thing that works for him is a special type of chin strap because he does sleep with his mouth open. My advice is tonight wait until he starts snoring and see if it's because his mouth is open. That may not be the root cause of his snoring - he may have nasal blockages or something like that. But if, like my husband, he snores because his mouth is open, then you can try chin tape (he did, it irritated his skin something terrible), maybe a mouthpiece, or go find a chin strap. Of course, your mileage may vary.

Oh yes, the exercises and other stuff are a waste of time. I don't think they ever took a basic Ear-Nose & Throat (ENT) class....
