Default How do i help my partner stop snoring ?
I am writing this without any sleep in the last 24hrs.
Basically she snores like a shire horse....... yep that bad. Even nudging her to turn onto her side doesn't make any difference.
I love her to bits & i don't want to lose her because of this. This has been going on far too long now & i'm at my wits end.
Does anyone have any ideas ?

Yeah you can help her stop that snoring if you discover the main cause of it, When you discover the main cause of her snoring you will know the right treatment for it.

You dint have to go for surgeries, there are natural home remedies for snoring and try to know if it sleep apnea also because sleep apnea is very dangerous and could lead to death
